1.2 Service Areas

We provide services in Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Fort Saskatchewan, Leduc, Beaumont, and surrounding areas within a reasonable distance from our base of operations.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

2.1 Booking

Service appointments can be scheduled by phone at (825) 480-1988 or through our website contact form. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 business hours during regular business hours.

2.2 Business Hours

Our regular business hours are:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed

2.3 Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated cancellations without proper notice may result in service refusal.

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

We provide transparent, upfront pricing. All quotes include labor and parts unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on actual work required upon inspection.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept:

• Cash
• Check
• Credit/Debit cards
• E-transfer
• Approved financing (for qualifying customers)

3.3 Late Payments

Accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice date may be subject to late payment charges of 2% per month (24% annually) on the outstanding balance.

Repairs are warranted for 90 days on labor and parts used, unless otherwise specified in writing.

4.3 Warranty Exclusions

Warranties do not cover:

• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or accident

• Damage from lack of maintenance
• Modifications made by others

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to equipment
• Maintain equipment according to manufacturer recommendations
• Notify us promptly of any issues
• Ensure payment for services rendered
• Provide accurate information about their HVAC systems and property

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law, Revolution HVAC Solutions' liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

7. Safety and Compliance

All work is performed in compliance with applicable Alberta building codes, safety regulations, and manufacturer specifications. We maintain all required licenses, insurance, and certifications.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall first be addressed through good faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in Edmonton, Alberta, in accordance with Alberta law.
